Flying the Lockheed Electra
I have started flying the Lockheed L-188 Electra with Buffalo Airways Virtual. Quite a change from the DC-3 and C-46. Cruising at around 20,000 ft and 325 knots. Three times as high and twice as fast.

Long DC-3 flight in Canadian winter
Enroute to Yellowknife once again. This time with Douglas DC-3C-GJKM on a long flight from the Buffalo Airways hub in Red Deer to Yellowknife. Heavy snowfall on departure. Now we are cruising “on top”. Hoping for better weather in Yellowknife. About 4-4.5 hours flying time at 160 knots.
